I eat around 3,000 calories on the days that I run the most, but then again, I've been trying to not count as much. I would say I've maintained the weight that I had when I started, but I'm definitely more muscular. I also don't weigh myself frequently, the last time being around three weeks ago. I've had around 1800 calories today, but I have a feeling I'll be hungry again later tonight so I will eat more then. If I remember correctly, on my other rest days I ate a lot less than normal but more than I ate before cross country season started. |

Hmm...I used 1 1/2 tsp of yeast in my pizza dough, and it rose ok, but not as much as expected. Should I try 2 1/2 tsp next time? |

I really love Orowheat Double Fiber. It has 6 grams of fiber per slice, and each slice is 70 calories. So two slices is 140 calories, and 12 grams of fiber. I think they have Orowheat Double Fiber English Muffins too, but I haven't tried them. The slices are big slices, too. Compared to an old brand I used to buy, they're humongous. |

Alright, thank you! It's just that I read another thread where somebody was advised to eat more if their heart rate was under 60, and mine is just about. |
