my story is not as extreme as yours, but i used to hate my body, and i would go multiple days without eating, i finally got over my body image problem but eventually i started eating way too much. the biggest thing you can do is to tell a freind or someone you trust. if you tell someone who you are with a lot of the time, and eat many meals with they can help you. i told some of my frnds and started keeping a food journal and it really helps. my frnds remind to eat healthy, and tell me not to worry too much when i dont. the biggest thing is to focus on eating to be HEALTHY, dont worry about weighing yourself all the time, just eat what maked you feel good. |
