About
| Bio | I am doing my masters in clinical psychology in Australia, my interest area is particularly in emotional regulation and some of the unhelpful things we do to regulate and moderate our emotional experiences. These include, drinking too much, eating too much, self harming and other strategies which offer a short term relief but become part of the problem in the long run. I am undertaking some research into binge eating. If you are interested, check out some info for the study through this link. http://www.everydayhealth.com/blogs/binge-eating/binge-eating-research Remember, if some of your behaviours scare or concern you, please seek help with a qualified psychologist, other mental health professional. if you don't know where to start, have a chat with your GP/medical doctor.
