Wow, you're looking great!
We all gain a little on vacation, and it's awesome that you can get right back on it. Congratulations, and keep it up!

Luna bars are the best. :]
Egg-white omelettes are really good, too.

I've always thought Panic! At the Disco had the best song titles.

"There's a Good Reason these Tables have Numbers Honey, You Just Haven't Thought of it Yet"

"Lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off"

"London beckoned songs about money written by machines"

And of course, the Get Set Go song, "Die Motherf***er die"

I like guys older than me, but not too much.
My past few relationships have been 1-2 years older, and they did NOT work out.
The guy I'm dating now is 8 months older than me, and I love him.
I don't think I'd be able to date anyone much younger than me. It just wouldn't feel right.

In all honesty?
So I can wake up and look in the mirror without making a face.
I think it's more self-satisfaction than anything. I don't care how people see me, but I do care how I see me.

For Lunch or Dinner, Veggie Sandwiches or Melts!
Even a Veggie-Burger is really satisfying for me.
I'm no Vegan or Veggitarean, but I've come to find that once I start eating meat, it's hard to stop.

Anything chock-full of fiber is really good, too, but of course...that's the point of fiber.
Apples are super-satisfying.

For someone as tall as you-- and especially at 28, that's certainly not too high.
If you're feeling uncomfortable, at least bump your calorie intake to around 1600. You're already at a great weight, if not underweight. :]

Odwallas are my favorite. :] But I also LOVE Kashi bars.

Both really fill me up, and give me nearly as much energy as coffee does; without the caffine crash.

A few years ago, I remember I was 4'8" and about 100 lbs.
Today, I'm still short; 4'11", but I weigh in at around 94 lbs.
Now, I'm heavy-boned, so I look thinner than my actual weight, and I'm quite healthy right now. I continue to exercise to keep my health up--not to lose--but my family says otherwise.

It really kicked in to me two years ago that I needed to lose a little when my 6-year-old brother called me fat, and I broke down and cried.
I thought THAT hurt, but...

My grandma recently called me anorexic for wanting to take a walk after dinner. True, I didnt eat everything on my plate, but her portions are huge. I ate almost everything.
My mom has numerous times.

It hurts a lot, but I know they say it only out of frustration; neither of them are thin. ((Certainly not overweight, but not thin.))

And seriously? If you give me food, I eat it all. I havent dropped that habit. I just eat wisely--healthy things that nourish your body, not deprive you of calories.

Welcome! I'm kinda new here, too.

Now stop for a second and look at yourself. Unless you're overweight, trying to starve and exercise may not be the best idea. Remember; it's not about weight, it's about health.
I'm heavy-boned and weigh a lot more than I look, but I'm really healthy.

Now, if you're sure, here are some tips;
-ABSALOUTLY, under no circumstances, starve yourself. Celery is a 0-calorie food, but it's meant to be a snack, not a meal.
-If your favorite show is on, dont sit. Even if you're just standing, you still burn more cals that way. The best thing to do is to pace or do sit-ups while watching.
-Take a walk. Turn on your iPod and walk around a bit. Say hello to neighbors.
-Eat fish more than any other meat. It's much better for you then cow. If you dont like fish, poultry is good, too.
-VEGGIES! FRUIT! They're a very important food group often neglected.
-Finally, after a little working out, treat yourself to one hershey kiss. Dark chocolate is the healthiest, but having one a day can actually be really good for you.

:] Hope this helps.

Not All Processed Foods Are Created Equal
Fact: a diet containing whole, fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best for a healthy mind and body. Although true, it can be hard to keep food fresh at home for longer periods of time, and if you have no time to shop every few days, boxed and canned foods become appealing. We often hear about heavily processed frozen dinners and processed foods worth avoiding, but there are minimally processed foods that do pack a lot of nutrition and may be worth having in the fridge or cupboard.
