i was stuck at a 6 month platue also,then i went on vacation walked ALOT for a whole week and ate less then i did normally,and i had lost 5 pounds and got out of the rut.

i usaually do cardio first,usually just a mile warmup jog

it helps when i stretch before my weights,makes my lower back not so stiff and achy when i do dl squats ect..

i always wanted to be able to run, when i was 348lbs i just did it,even if i couldnt go longer for more then 10 seconds..

i didnt do couch to 5k or anything.

now im able to run a mile and half. whoel thing is to keep your breathing undercontrol. i can run that far now,but im still slow as a snail compared to others.

I don't think I'm prepared for this weather!  First, the wind blew my month-long bus pass (which costs $180!) out of my hand and into the road.  Luckily I was able to retrieve it.  And then when I got off the bus, I nearly slipped on the ice in the icy parking lot. 

this happend to me before to my train pass! it was all soggy when i got it back

no one ever comes up to me,thank god. but i hate when your working out and the person next to you gets a guy to talk to her or him for your intire workout...its sos annoying and uncomfortable to have someone standing so close to your behind..

i used to weight myself several times a day,then went to every morning,now i havnt weighed myeslf in about 2 months.

i dont neeed to because the number on the scale isnt important to me anymore,i know im loosing inches and weight,by my clothes falling off me !

vitamin E is also really good for your skin and acne

either buy the vita e capsuls and take the oil inside and rub it on your acne gone the next day or just buy the vita e oil

funnn! exspecially while sitting in an office !

1. ive lost 100 and some odd pounds in a year.

2.im left handed

3.i want kids,someday

4.going to the gym is actually fun for me(i may be alone on this one)

5.im a procrastinator

6. im the only girl of 3 brothers

7. i went to mexico where my dad grew up for a month and only learned 2 words. such a shame!

8.i cant wait to start at Mario Tricoci

9.ill be 23 on january 27

10.i dropped out of fashion school (lol)

11.i hate roller coasters( but my bf made me go on every single ride at universal)

12.im so scared of spidars,i cant even kill them because im afraid theyll jump on me if i get to close

13. i misss my friends i had since k-12grades- i guess people move on

14.100 grand is my fav candy
