Sorry correction- I meant in the beginning that NOT eating breakfast will slow your weight loss down.

You must eat breakfast!!!!!! This will actually slow your weight loss down. Be sure though that your breakfast is packed with protein like a piece of meat and eggs and have very little carbs, like less than 10g. What is happens is your body has not had food all night while u sleep. So essentially this slows your metabolism. Protein is what drives your metabolism. When u wait until lunchtime to eat you have just wasted several hours of your metabolism doing nothing. By eating breakfast within 1 hour of getting up u jump start your metabolism for the day so by the time lunch rolls around it is raring to go :) Eating lots of protein throughout the day is also what keeps u fuller and from wanting to binge on big meals. Eat 4-5 small equal size meals per day. This also is why it is very important to have several servings of protein throughout the day in regular intervals. Because as your metabolism starts to slow down from your last meal, you will catch it just before it does by eating another serving of protein which will drive your metabolism to keep going. So overall YES you need to eat breakfast. Otherwise you waste precious hours by letting your metabolism be at rest all morning. I have been following this type of a lifestyle for a 3 months now and have lost 24 lbs! I used to not eat breakfast either but found that I love doing it this way instead. :) Good luck!
