| Bio | I am 5'6, about medium frame. I have been signed up to CC for quite a while but I have just become serious about changing my lifestyle. I guess what triggered it was getting pictures back of myself from vacation and not recognizing myself or my own body. Not a good feeling. I am here foar a lifestyle change and to boost my self esteem. I am a nurse at a local hospital. I have just recently come out of a very long relationship and had to make a lot of changes in my life. Working midnights is one of them and i think this may have contributed to my lack of weight loss. The fact that I can't keep my hand away from my mouth doesn't help either! |
