Bio

I'm a music therapy graduate (almost! save for that pesky internship) with a very busy schedule! 
Somehow I've managed to maintain a boyfriend who loves to eat and travel and fit in 4-5 days of exercise at the gym while essentially working for free 43 hrs a week...

My diet goes fairly well at my internship most days, the problem is when I visit home to my boyfriends house... he and his father are amazing cooks who use full blown ingredients with no regard to nutrition (but boy are they tasty!)

I've been educating myself on nutrition for many years now, and if it weren't for music, I would have gone down the path of being a dietician/nutritionist. 

I've been exercising regularly for about 7 years now.  I've always been a healthy weight, but have had moments of chubbiness.  My mom and grandma (of german heritage) like to refer to us as having thunder thighs...how very true!  The heaviest I ever weighed was 137 or so, and the lightest was about 117 (though, on the scale I use now, it was probably more like 120).  I've put on at least 5 lbs of muscle (as done by testing at university) so that makes me feel much better!

Starting weight 02/05/07: 133lbs
Current weight 09/25/09:  122bs
Goal weight 04/30/08: 120bs
