I've always gone with Freya and Panache. They generally do 28-40 back and they actually start at D cup as they have been designed for this size range specifically (go up to J cup). The last one I bought was a Freya one for running a half marathon (Freya Active 4001 - 32GG) and everything stayed where it should. I've tried cheaper brands but they always stretch and fall apart after a month, so they're a false economy. |

I love to eat them warm with a scoop of low fat ice cream.
Preheat the oven to 180oC/350oF. Get a 8 inch square tin and grease with some low cal spray. Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and pour into the tin and bake for about 25 minutes. Leave to cool then cut into 16 squares. (I've never managed to be able to leave them to cool, I'm always cutting a piece while its still hot If you use the ingredients above it should work out as: Per brownie: 98 calories, 2.6g fat, 0.7g saturated fat. P.S. This recipe works well with low fat vanilla/toffee/chocolate yogurt and with sweetener that's suitable for baking - just remember that normally you only need halve the weight if using sweetener. |
