I have one child he is 14months. After I had him I lost 20 lbs within 3 months. It was 20 lbs of baby weight and some of me on my already little body (107lb) and I lost my period too. But my doctor put me on progesterone for 4 days to start my period which it did 2 months later I got pregnant. But at 10 weeks I just had a miscarriage. But it is common 1 out of 5. And common with our 2nd child.  I am a healthy weight now and still counting cals but I am trying to get pregnant too. Everytime I think about wanting to lose more and more. I just gotta remember I want a baby more. Best of luck...just remember be true to yourself. Watch your cals keep them at a good number for you.

I love Sparkling Water with lemon! It has to be fresh lemon. I need bubbles sometimes and they fill me up :o)

This really works... leave the area the food is in. Really..when you are done eatting a healthy portion LEAVE the table or the tv room where ever you are. Start a new project...trust me this works. You won't be able to eat because 1) you are not by the food and 2) you are busy doing something else.
