| Bio | This is the first time in a long time I have had to worry about my eating habits and keep track of them. For the past few years I was very active (even doing a triathlon) so I was burning so many calories I couldn't get food into my face fast enough and was still losing weight. Unfortunately just about a year ago I was in an accident and haven't been able to do my vigurous excersise and the LBS have suck on. I am getting married in March and as of right I am in the worst shape I have ever been in. I refuse to have to look at our wedding photos for the rest of our lives and be unhappy with what I see. My goal is to lose 18LBS by our wedding at the beginning of March. three months away, but I see my goal as obtainable and can't wait to see how I look in my dress (hopefully it will have to get taken in a bit ;-) |
