About

Bio

I'm 5'4" weight 160lbs.  After I had my thyroid removed I slowly began gaining weight.  I blamed my hypothyroidism for my weight gain, when in reality it was my eating habits.  So when I came across Calorie Count and decided to log my food intake I was completely shocked! I was consuming over 3500 calories per day!! No wonder I kept putting on weight...my eating habits were way out of control. So now that I am out of excuses and it's time to start being accountable for what I eat!
