yep mee too!! it was my birthday a few days ago and went out to red robin for dinner and sence it was my birthday i endulged in deepfried shrimp and fries ans a extra large bananna shake. and i stuffed me full of it. boy did i regret that. i felt sooo lethargic i could hardly walk out the door. its been three days now and im still feeling the effects. 

i never want to eat like that agian. yuuukkk!!!

i have been living at the gym latey....well 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. i can tell you that it is possible to burn the extra 3000+ cals within the 5 hour workout. i dont strain to do it either. though you have to have resistance and enurance to complete it. it is alll cardio. here is what i do. just to let you know im 5'4 225 lbs i eat around 2000 to 2200 a day.

i use the eliptical on level 13-14 at 3.5 -4.0 for 20-30 minutes and burn 400-500. thats my warmup.!

then i go to treadmill incline 14 speed 2.8 for 60 min. burn 700-800 i do slightly hold on so i put my weight at 210 to compensate for no arm weight.

for the last 30 min i do walk/job intervals at 2.8 for 1 min  on incline 10 and run 6.6 for 30 sec on incline 0. burn 300.

then  i go home eat nice refreshing meal relax for an hour or two then back to the next round. ido the same thing but i add the row machine in level 10 at 600 meter for the remaning time i have left. burn 200 300.

 

so there u go...its not impossible. i do it for the challange. and inches are falling off off me. ;P

i named my topic 'the fit fast' because that is what i decided to name it. here let me rename it just for you....RAW FOOD SOMETHING OR RATHER. better????

i am  eating plenty of raw food and juices. i am NOT PROMOTING  a starvation diet. i am against that thanks. so if a do decide to 'fast on just juice or water i will keep that part to myself. as of now as mentioned before, i have switched to eating only veggies and fruit...not candy..reread that part if you'd like. and yes i get plenty of vitamins with my eating. do also drink a protein shake. im still full of energy and bright eyed this morning. and i do have a health issue..hypothyroidism. and im one meds for that for the rest of my life. i have plenty of reserch starvation mode and a sign of starvation mode setting is no more hunger pains..well my tummy is growling for me to feed it so let's get to that kitchen and tons of veggies!!

i already knew i would be getting nagged adout this so...i changed a few things.

i have ate about 1250 cals of fruit and veggies and juices and water today. so does that sound a bit better??! ;} and i never heard of how i could be doing harm by eating only raw things. sorry for yesterday that i only ate a lil over 800 cals for the day but it was my first day and im learning....soooo lets continue...

i feel great! my energy is off the charts.my mind is clearer, my skin is softer and my face is clearer and my eyes are wider and brighter. i am on my monthy cycle and ive had only a few cramps but i havent been moody or craving my usual M&M fix. i wanna mention that i havent drempt or rather remembered a dream in quite a long time and last night i dremp 4 differant vivid dreams. they were wonderfull refreshing dreams... i wont get into that. anyway what else...ooo my weight..

yesterday i was 240.2 this morning 137.8. again this isnt about how much weight im losing its about becoming healthier. and i already feel the benefits.

i believe this will be my diet for awile and im loving it right now and it is a process of trial and error. i think i still want to do a water or juice only fast in about 30 days..and before anyone here says how 'bad' it is for me please do a bit of research for the benefits of fasting before leaving me a comment about it cause when your digestive system gets to 'rest' the body will turn its energy to focus on what your body needs to get rid of. store waste and toxins and other yucky stuff. it takes away all your left over dead cells from inside and has the time to get rid of them. plus a ton of other things but this is for only me and i 'know' from deep within it needs to be done. so thanks for understanding.

just keep doing what your doing...you will see a change.

plus it helps to have a once a week weight in day same time same way. and do once a month measurements and take monthy pics of yourself. you will see the dif.

lol..you should take that part of you that you dislike the most and tell it how much you love it and mean it. i guarantee that you will start believing  it and the way you feel will give you more confidence. 

i tell myself how much i love me every single day and i walk around with my head held high and i get told allllll the time how pretty and sexy i look by strangers(very hansom men and gorgeous women). its all in the attitude hunny and how you present yourself. and i am well over weight right now.

i didnt even read any replys here but all i want to say is......

there is absolutly NO miricale pill that will help you loose weight. period.

its sooo not healthy for you in the first place and im sure there have been a few reply's on here that has said take vitamin supplements instead..that is my advice.

take it or leave it....

happy 4th!!!   

yep this is whats got me nervous today...how many calories will i be eating for dindin??? im not shure so what i have done is eat a lite breakfsat and a good salad for lunch and drink tons of water all day long. so far im at 1122 and with all the activity i have done for the day im at 1600 deficit so i know i can eat what ever at dinner time and enjoy myself without feeling that i over did it.

so dont worry be happy and you had fun and feel good. that is all that mtters!!

  okay guys and gals. i am a very sarcastic person and i usually get taken serious saying things, but i was just kidding about the horrors of the scale.lol, so everyone laff with me....hahahahahahaha. i suppose there are a few out there how actually take that DAMN scale seriously i dont. the post if you read the whole thing is more about my short goal to loose 50 lbs by my birthday which is dec 8. if i know ive done really good all week and feel great then that is all i need. ;}. all though i DO weight myself every morning and a few times during the day i dont count it till my actual WI day witch is now this very minute soo me and scaley have a meeting...be right back!

Get ready to jump for joy!!!!!

-3.2 lbs loss!!!!!

And my clothes feel loose on me...time for a size down yippppppy!!!

eat or drink a protien shake before and after your workouts. you will give what your body needs to stay fueled. and my advice is dont workout if your hungry. eat something light before you do. your body will thank you for the energy.

    well, before i started a 'healthy lifestyle' i skipped breakfast had no time for lunch and always a huge portioned dinner. and on the weekends id eat all day long. what ever i could find, i ate. i was miserable and i knew what i was doing to my body was such a bad thing. i felt slugish all day and not enuff sleep. not to mention i never drank water. i hated water. i liked fruits and veggies but never ate much of them. i would go to bed every night feeling like CRAP and i would say to myself. 'your just a fat ugly slob. you need to do something about it', but for 10 years i did NOTHING.  

    What changed my perception on life was.....Action! i had to get off my own ass and Do. So, i woke up in a new light and changed my whole entire outlook or inlook i guess you can call it. i did a complete overhaul. everything i thought before went right out the window. i guess what im trying to state without going into details is...DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO GET YOU WHERE YOU ARE GOING!!!

as for the fruits and veggies.....learn to like them. change the way you think about them. say.."this is wonderful for my body and it makes me healthy" even if you cant stand the taste just get it in there somehow and lots of it.

i too eat like crazy a week before my period! my cravings started yesterday when all of a sudden i NEED my chocolate!!!! Soo i was right buy the store and picked up my bag of M&M's and a can of cashews to mix with em.lol. but, i know i would eat them till im full of them so what i did was eat celery sticks and drank a large glass of water till i was almost full..then i started munching on my mix. i ate like two hand fulls and i put them away. also knowing that i will be eating MORE for the week i went out and got me low cal fudge bars and dark chocolate and a bag of baked lays chips. that sould do me till my cravings are over. when you feel full.....STOP EATING!!(but the taste is sooo good!) have some self control.

Drink water till it over fulls you. then you wont feel like eating.

lol..and if i was still smokin pot, i wouldnt even be able to start losing weight cuzz of the munchies alone.

then if you want to tighten up that 'flab' then do weight training. and your muscles will start popin out and you will look even better fit and toned. but take into account...when you build your muscles you will gain muscle mass with weighs more but you will look hot as a flame on a fire!!! take into account also that when you do weight lifting and building that lean muscle you need to nurish those muscles with more calories and protien. not much more just 250 more cals and your muscles will thank you and shape your body. so start eating 1750 cals along with the training and see result happen. and drink a ton...i mean a ton of water every single day!!

hope you follow my advice and i hope you will stick to it...;)
