It's amazing that so many of you have the characteristics of the eating disorder: anorexia nervosa. Dieticians and medical doctors say that anything below 1300 calories a day is considered starving. And if you are determined to be underweight, then that is also a problem. Rather than counting calories, and starving yourselves just to look thin, you should worry about your health and what can happen to your body if this all goes on. Ellebell07, I agree with you all the way. I've suffered from eating disorders for 1 1/2 years now, and lemme tell you one thing: IT WILL NEVER BE WORTH IT! So please, just stop and take a look at the harm you are inflicting to yourself. Do good to your health...not the other way around!!! |
