I want to be a pastry chef. My dream is to start up my own bakery in downtown Santa Cruz. I've also always wanted to work for UFC. I don't care what I did (not wrestling). I just think it would be really fun, lol. |

Herbal tea is actually really really good for you. I drink caffeinated but if you want to drink it in large amounts, I suggest decaf. Diet soda is horrible for your health. It's just as bad as regular soda if not worse. All the chemicals are poisoning your body. (Not deadly of coarse, but bad for your body and health) |

I was a vegan for about a year, and I just stopped a few months ago because I was getting to skinny (My family couldn't afford extra dairy and meatless foods.) But I can't eat anything dairy now. It makes me sick to even think about it. Soy milk is delicious and wayy better than milk, by far. :) |

For a normal basis I recommend all organic plain soy milk. Vanilla is delicious too but plain has less sugar/calories and they pretty much taste the same to me. I cant say whether or not the chocolate soy milk is good because I personally hate chocolate, haha. They have a new egg nog soy milk for the holidays as well which I'm dying to try! ;) |

You're body will get used to it. Your story sounds A LOT like mine. I won't really get into it but people say I'm way too skinny, and all my teachers and friends complain about it. So I started eating a bit more because I never had any energy(i think i look fine) and I gained weight like crazy at first. I went from about 100 to 108 in a week and a half of normal eating. But after a while it started to balance out and go down again. Your body just needs to adjust itself again, and it WILL if you do it slowly. Your metabolism isn't wrecked, it's just a little confused lol. Be patient and eat healthy, you'll be fine. :) |

Hi everyone. I just wanted to say that I'm going to start posting on here soon. I don't eat very healthy or probably not enough right now so I can't post yet. But I read these posts almost everyday and I'm happy to say that they motivate me to eat better. You guys don't know it yet but you're all actually helping me, and probably a lot of other people, so thanks. :) |

No one has posted on this one for a while but I thought I would still share my advice. This is what I did last Christmas and it worked for me. I learned not to think about the food. I mean seriously.. How come American holidays are so based around food? We just make up excuses to over eat. Christmas isn't about eating whatsoever. I thought about this a lot last year and decided to eat just like any other day on Christmas. I ate the veggies and meat, and left out all the carbs and dessert since I don't usually eat those anyways. I walked at least a good half hour every day and I was fine. It's simple. Just don't make food a big deal during Christmas, because it's not. I hope that helped. It probably didn't but I thought I'd share my thoughts anyway. |
