| Bio | Nerdfighter and former fat kid seeking immortality. Most days I feel like I'm going to live forever, and I'm here to get myself into top fitness to make that desire as realistic as possible. 100+ lbs down and countless health milestones passed and maybe it's not so far-fetched after all. I enjoy weight lifting, running, swimming, yoga, outdoor activities, and various crosstraining. I am a life-long vegetarian and follow the guidelines of clean eating as well as I can. I do not support diet products or programs, and am firmly against under-eating as a method of weight loss. I fight against the perpetuation of restrictive eating disorders as desirable for weight control - do not approach me for "how to skip a meal" or "foods that suppress appetite". I am a living example of how one can drop over 100 pounds of fat on 2000 calories a day. I reject the idea of "skinny" and embrace health, embrace fitness. *I support health as a whole, not blind weight loss. I will not support you back if you strive to under-eat. I also do not support anyone who proves to be food-negative or expresses body-hate as a weight loss motivator. Due to a history with EDNOS and other assorted patterns of disordered eating, I have no desire or intention to surround myself with more of the same. If you treat yourself well, you'll feel and look well. If you treat yourself like crap, you'll feel and look like crap. You are not the exception to the rule.
