Bio

I am a wife and mother of three beautiful children. I have been married for 9 years to the love of my life.  When I was in high school I had a fabulous figure which I miss, lol. I started gaining weight about 10 years ago. I had gotten into my first really, completely comfortable relationship (with my future husband). We ate out alot, we went to work, came home, stayed in the bed all the time and only exercised when...., so I started gaining weight. Not alot in the beginning but by the time we got married 8 months later I had gained about 15-20 lbs. Two months after we got married I got pregnant with our first child (a daughter). I only gained 22 lbs with that pregnancy, but added to the 15-20lbs I had gained before I got pregnant I was pretty heavy for my height (5ft even). After the pregnancy I foolishly thought that the weight would fall off, NOT!! I started to gain more weight, slowly but steadily. Started buying baggier clothes instead of the fitted styles that I liked before. Then 2 1/2 years later I got pregnant again (another daughter). I gained about 25 lbs with that pregnancy. Still didn't get the weight off after the baby came. Then we moved to Europe (husband is military) when my youngest daughter was about 1 1/2. I got pregnant again within a month of arriving. I gained about 30 lbs with the last pregnancy(a boy) and now 2 1/2 years later I am completely serious about getting the weight off. I have tried Slim-Fast, all types of diet pills, Atkins (which I lost 20 lbs on), but gained right back after I went off. I decided that the only way I could do this for real was with exercise and healthy eating. My husband has been my biggest support system. Throughout all the weight gain he has never looked down on me. He has loved me completely through all the weight. I am thankful for that because I have friends and family whose husbands and wives have not been supportive through weight issues. With my determination, his support and the drive to stay alive I can do this!!!!! 
So I have decided to try mini goals. Try to lose 20 lbs at a time and hopefully this will work for me.
