Bio
I'm a 34 year old mom of 4 beautiful daughters thinking about getting a job.  I've struggled with weight all my life in an immediate family with no issues and an extended family could occasionally be harsh or maybe was attemping tough love.  I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 196lb. I joined the site in 2006 when I hit my all time high of 225 and by June of 2007 was down to 182.  Life took over and I without realizing it have slowing slid back up.  I was always very active in school but was still chunky then after high school did some college then started have the kids.  So while life has slowed down my activity has.  My youngest is in kindergarden and it has freed up a lot of my time but my current friends are on my schedule so while I do go to the gym its not very enjoyable.  I'm powering through and can often talk myself out of going very easily.  I'm trying to get into the swing right now.  I'm not really tied up in a weight number.  I've always been big boned and very muscular but for goal setting purposes I'd like to get to 145lbs.  I'd be most happy if I could put on a pair of jeans and not worry about the muffin top or wear a skirt and not have a rash on my inner thighs by the end of the day and finally when I wave good bye I'd love it if my arm stopped when my hand did.
