Bio

Ive spent the past 8months trying to lose the 'last ten pounds' and they are just not shifting. Im really focused now. Ive given myself till the 11th of may this year to get to my goal.

I have 'invested' in a sidestepper- which can be used when Im off work. 20minutes a day is my minimum.

rules of play-

  • no white carbs (e.g. pasta, rice, bread, potatos etc).
  • no snack foods (e.g. biscuits, crisps, snackbars, sweets etc).
  • limited dairy products (e.g. yogurt with breakfast or at lunchtime).
  • fruit consumed only in the mornings.
  • vegetables consumed at least an hour after last fruit item eaten.
  • lots lots lots more water.

I understand that being 118lbs may sound fine, but being back at 110lbs will make me feel much better with myself. Them extra lbs are sat on my thighs, backside and hips. Once they are gone, I'll hopefully maintain my weight and stick to a decent exercise/diet programme.

I suffer really badly with bloatedness (if thats even a word), and have been having 1-2 activia yogurts a day to combat this.
