| As previously posted there is no way to spot target fat. Exercises that can help with building your abs are, Planks Mountain climbers Bicycle kicks Hip thrust Double crunches Toe touches All of these are good , remember to switch it up , go for higher reps or until failure and diet will always be the main factor in losing fat. | |||
