I am 42 and working on my body. Due to health issues that all combine to make me feel sick a great deal of the time, I am fed up and have decided to change my life for the better. Emotionally I feel good when I eat, especially carbs but I binge and that is going to stop.
I have begun hypnosis and gotten a personal trainer who is also helping with my nutrition and am really making strides.
I am working on my goals but for now here they are:
Starting weight: 309 at my heaviest
Starting on calorie counter 295 June 15 2013
Goal: 285 by 8/1/13 (283 7/18/13)
Goal: 275 by 9/15/13 (ACHIEVED 8/15)
Goal: 265 by 10/1
Goal: 255 by Dec 1
Goal 250 by 1/23/14 (horseback riding finally and not kill the horse?)
Goal: 240 by 3/15/14
Goal: 225 by 5/15/14
Goal 150 by 6/15/15
