A run, Greek yogurt and edamame seem to do the trick for me. But really, running has been the best prevention. I'm "outrunning any health issues" LOL. I'm also totally cheesy, but that's another story. :) |

I find that when I eat a healthy portion of fiber, I feel nice and full for quite sometime. Try some whole wheat wraps packed with some beans and salsa or low fat cheese. It's healthy, filling and low calorie. Try also adding nuts to meals or snacks. A small handful can really help to satisfy your hunger and as long as you don't use too many, it can still be relatively low in calories. I also love edamame for busting hunger pains. It's got lots of protein and go very well with a small bowl of low butter and salt popcorn. that way you get fiber and protein which are both hunger busters. :D Best of luck! |

My go-to dinner is a whole wheat wrap filled with black beans, salsa and Parmesan cheese. My go-to breakfast is Greek yogurt with fruit. My go-to lunch is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. :) I'm also eating too many carbs and not enough protein. But I'm trying to fix that. |

You could always make your own yummy frozen treats. I'm not sure where in the world you are, but here (US), they sell Popsicle makers which are just like big ice cube makers that you can fill with diet sodas, natural fruit juices ect. to make low calorie, healthy treats to enjoy. I also love munching on dry, unsweetened cereal while studying or either edamame, which is so delicious and filling. :) best of luck! |

I enjoy a boca meatless original vegan burger once in awhile, however, I love tossing black beans or kidney beans into a whole wheat wrap or salad even more! Also try edamame, it's packed with protein and fun to pop out of its' shells. I snack on it during movies. Also Greek yogurt is another way that I get tons of protein every morning. It keeps me full and is so thick, creamy and yummy. Check it out. |

My favorite type of cardio is Running! :) But if you are looking for fun while getting fit, try out playing around like a kid. :) Try hula hooping, playing hop scotch, jumping rope and playing tag with someone :) I also found that lazer tag is an excellent way to burn some calories while having a blast. :) |

It looks like you've gotten a bunch of great suggestions. I just figured I'd throw in one of my favorite meal ideas. :) I love having 1/4 c. of black beans mixed with a bit of sour cream and Parmesan cheese and some raw shredded cabbage, carrots and radishes tossed in a whole wheat wrap with a serving of potato straws and maybe a side of green beans or some other veggie. Wraps are so easy and quick to throw together. I love it! |

I love fat free sour cream and fat free plain greek yogurt. I find they have a great texture and flavor that isn't compromised, in my opinion, without the fat. |
