Bio
I have a wife and two kids whom I love very much. I am 30 years old. At one time I was quite the athlete. Now, however, I have put on a pound or two ( 5'11 and 255 lbs). I'm not a total slob though. I am very active. I play competetive volleyball 2 to 3 night a week and snowboard at least once a week. I have had a pedometer for a while now and reach 10,000 on most days not including my workout or sports. I didn't htink I was an overeater untill I signed up for callorie count. I have now cut down on the grazing ( at least 1000 calories a day) but I am not losing as fast as I would like.
