Hi,  I'm 42 year old social worker in Minneapolis, MN (USA).  I have a 7 year old step daughter who takes up a lot of my time.  I'm hoping to lose a significant amount of weight.  I started at 203 and would like to reach my goal of 156 by Christmas.  I used to be fairly active, but have decreased my excercise as I've aged.  I'm working on increasing my activity by walking at least 30 minutes every day.  I love traveling, before the step-daughter was part of my life, I spent a lot of time planning and going on backpacking tours around the world.  I would love to do some more traveling when our daughter grows up a little bit.
