I'm 36 year old male and weighed in at 205 on February 10, 2006.  My goal is to be at 190lbs on April 29th.

4/3/06 = 194lbs (clothed)
4/14/06 = 191lbs (clothed)
4/19/06 = 189lbs (clothed)
6/1/06 = 189lbs (clothed) - Yes, I'm still at that weight but I've lost fat and added muscle which is good.
