| Bio | After my heart attack I had to get my life in order and start taking care of myself. After my attack I became a diabetic and was on 19 meds a day. With healthy eating and exercise I'm down to 3 meds a day and feeling great. UPdate- as of 2/08. I have gone off the diabetic meds. I have started taking cinnamon pills and this is helping control my sugar. I will be keeping check on it very careful and then discuss it with my health care provider. But 3 weeks and no falls or pikes. This is great. |
