Do get more sleep. I have upped my sleep by 1 hour each week night. Eat enough too. I shared this in another thread and I will share it here too. http://www.health-calc.com/diet/energy-expend iture-advanced For weight loss eat 500 cals less than your Total Energy Expenditure.

Good Friday Morning everyone! PJ - it take a few days for the shot :) Keep your movement light. Mama - hope this all gets balanced out soon o.O Eating the food still :) Having the best time. Currently eating 2000 - 2200 calories a day. Working at getting to 2500. How much should I be eating? Well, based on my Total Daily Energy Expenditure on a light day, I burn just over 3600 calories, so that means I should really be eating at least 3000 for losing weight.
