I'm a typical teen I guess with a hell of a lot of body image issues. Not much self-esteem but I love to help other people, younger or older than myself as best I can. My main goal is to just have a flat tummy, I'm not over weight, in fact I’m quite a healthy weight but I’m still not ideal weight so...Healthy eating all the way.I never say diet; it's a nasty word and makes me think of endless sticks of celery and nothing else. I'm a veggie and a bit food obsessive and I have a thing where i will not eat anything that I do not know the calorie value for. Needless to say mum dreads it when I enter the kitchen and enquire about dinner.Anyway I'm friendly so drop me a line if you want to add me as a friend, go right ahead I'll say thanks now. XX
