I am 22 years old and over 70 lbs. overweight. I have always been a little on the heavy side but lately it's gotten very bad. I need to do something. I am 5' 2" and 202 lbs. My goal weight is 130 lbs.

I live in Middleburg Heights, OH.. I am engaged to a wonderful guy, and we are both trying to lose weight together. We've been together for 3 years now, and he is so supportive and says I look great no matter what, but I still want to lose the weight for myself. I have like zero energy right now, and I really want to get my energy back, and enjoy my life!
