I'm Katie, I am 19 and working full-time. In highschool I was in really great shape thanks to Calorie Count but after I moved out from my parents house I started to forget what I was putting in my body and started to regain the weight that I had a few years ago. I don't have a lot of weight that I want to lose, just under 10 pounds, I am no where near my highest weight but am going to start keeping track of my food intake so I don't go there again, though I was never fat I was at one point very unhappy with my body. I am not so concerned about weight loss as much as getting into better shape and eating healthier!
