Welcome to my current personal hell. I've been trying to write mine for a week now and I'm not getting anywhere!!!!!! Happy to know I'm not the only one struggling with it.

Omg I have Exactly the same problem!!!! I'm constantly going between 150 and 140 also how tall are you? If you find anything that helps let me know! :)

Age: 21 Height: 5" 4' Weight: 150 currently (whenever I get down to 140 i can't get past it and I end up going back to 145 or 150 Daily calorie intake: anywhere from 1200-1600 depends on my daily activity (days I work out I try to up my protein and fats by a little)

I'll be in havasu for my spring break aka bikini mandatory. But I have till mid march till break. So I have at least 30 days to lose some weight and gain some muscle.

I find the 6pm rule to be useless to me. One night I'll pass out at 8 and the next night not till 3am so each night is different for me. I try not to eat atleast an hour or two before bed because I personally don't like sleeping on a full stomach. However I've done some research and as long as its healthy food it doesn't really matter when you eat it before you sleep.

A little under a gallon of water daily

1500 cals

Breakfast Cereal Skim milk Fruit

Lunch Peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat Salad or cut fresh veggies

Dinner Steamed veggies Some sort of meat (usually chicken fish or a veggie burger) Brown rice or wheat pasta

Snack (spread throughout my day) Apple or orange 1 cup of grapes Lightly salted rice cake or popcorn Protein shake (after my workout)

Also I drink more than enough water for my height weight and workout schedule so I'm positive it's not from dehydration.

I'm 21 it's also my junior year I'm 5'4" and 140 pounds (I've lost 4 in the last two weeks) My biggest problem is definitely the weekends!!!! I want to go out with my friends but between drinking and late night fast food it does not end well for my diet. Also during the week I'm so busy with school homework sorority equestrian team I don't have time to really pig out its during the weekends when I'm not at busy when all I want to do is eat -____-

I eat about 1200 a day. Lift about 4 times a week and do cardio 5/6 days.

You can not target a specific spot on your body!!! If you have fat there even if get muscle that fat will still be on top of the muscle. The way to lose fat is to do cardio eat right and lift you will see results if you do it right!

I totally understand how you feel. When I moves out of my sorority house I was placed with a random girl I had never met and it's been one of the worst experiences. She is something straight out of the tv show hoarders at the beginning of the year it was allllll over the house now I've managed to get it so she keeps most of it in her room (which I can smell from my bedroom, I'm pretty sure there is rotten food in there) she has not cleaned once in the last 5 months. She leaves dirty pads all open in the bathroom I could definitely have it worse atleast she doesn't bring random people into the apartment or make loud noises which I am thankful for since I get up at 5 atleast 4 days a week. Sometimes we are challenged by living with people so opposite than us but that which does not kill us will only make us stronger. Hang in there and hopefully you won't have to live with them for too much longer!!!!!!

F 21 yr 145 pounds 5'4". I eat like cereal and some fruit for breakfast then a snack and them I'm not hungry again till around dinner (around 6ish) I know I'm definitely not eating enough calories but forcing myself food when I'm not hungry makes me feel bloated and stuffed. I munch on veggies and fruit all day long but meals are impossible for me to eat in the middle of the day.
