Well, as a child I was alway the smallest, skinniest kid around. But I guess my mom didnt really like that, seeing how she was overweight... She would make me eat everything she gave me, or she would spank me... I hit like 10, and noticed I was gaining weight, and pretty fast. But i was confused on how. I would barely eat anything, and I was fairly active. And it went all through until the age of 14, until I talked to a doctor of why I gained weight so much. He had told me that it was depression, and when he said that, it all clicked together. I was always so sad, so mad, at everything and everyone. I didnt notice my execissive intake of food. I guess I ate to make myself feel better... Well I was 15 when I decided to do something about it. I got on several diets, I would lose weight, but I would fall off of the diet and gain back the weight, and then some. Well I am 17 now. Married. And really wanting to change my life. I dropped out of high school, but I am currently enrolling into school to get my G.E.D. I want to better myself, and my health. I really want this one to work out for me. No matter what, I am sticking to this.  |
