| Bio | Until about two years ago I weighed just a little over 100lbs. As I entered my late 30s I have noticed weigh gain becoming higher and energy levels becoming lower. There is a family history of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and sever weight issues. I am wanting to get all of this under control before it gets out of hand.
