| Bio | I'm a 19 year old female, 5"7 tall and weigh 141lbs. I've been eating primal (more and less strictly) for the last year and this has really helped me shed that extra weight and in addittion significantly increase my well-being. I follow Mark's Daily Apple of whom i'm a big fan of, i honestly believe thats where its at! I started off being 163lbs so i've already lost quite a bit of weight seeming i was never actually obese, just too chubby and unfit. My current goal is to increase the amount exercise and to establish a more varied (but at the same time regular) regime. I plan to work out four times a week and i will be looking into HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) as well as further develop my strength training. Up until now i've mainly been doing cardio with the occassional strength training, but this is only because i haven't had the appropriate knowledge of how and what exercises i should be doing at the gym :D I've recently implemented the rowing machine into my regime and i love it! |
