That's awesome!
I'm not experiencing the upper arm and stomach one, but I have muscle in my legs!! I like just flexing my legs and feeling the hard muscle behind it, it's so cool.

That must be frustrating! I, like the other people have been saying, can't imagine how you could have that much jiggle, but different people have different body shapes and percentages of fat. I don't really have anything to say to help you (sorry!) but I wanted you to know that I don't think you're just trying to get attention, and that even though your BMI is 18.9, you still could have jiggle.

I have the same problem, really. I haven't been on here for all that long, I think I've only been a member for about 3 months and started logging everything i ate just a couple weeks ago. Basically, what I do is I guess at things. With things like soup, and someone makes chicken noodle soup or something, then I'll search Campbell's Chicken noodle soup, and I figure that the amounts will be around the same. It's kind of hard to know exactly what's in stuff when you're not the one making it, so I just try my best to do that.

I'm glad you brought this up! I was actually thinking about the same thing just a minute ago when I came across this. I think what I'm gonna do, since Easter is on the weekend, is sleep in late that morning, until noon or so, and have a relatively low calorie breakfast/lunch, meaning around 300 calories or something around there, which will leave a lot of room for when i have supper around 4 or so, so i won't have to feel bad about filling my plate up a bit. My daily limit is around 1900-ish, and I usually try to stay in the 1600s, so I'm just going to allow myself a high calorie day.

Finally someone that's exactly like me! That's exactly how I was, I was making excuses not to exercise, i just didn't start. I'd be like, 'i hate how fat my stomach looks' and eat some chips. What I didn't know then is all you have to do is DO IT! I don't know about you, but me, I say, 'i'll start my 'diet' tomorrow again, or maybe monday..' I find if i start today instead of saying, i'll do it again tomorrow, it helps me SO much. instead of exercising the next day, do it right then, when you're motivated to do it, then the days after, you might find it easier to start doing it again. me, i get home after school and work out, because if i do it any other time, i know i won't do it. and it helps. i feel SO good after i'm done. i'm tired, but i'm just so glad i've finished. those sore muscles are just temporary, and it's kind of a reminder that you did your best the day before, you know? it worked for me, i hope it helps you too.

If you feel too tired, I'd slow it down a little bit, but if it's not overwhelming, i think you're doing awesome. if you're seeing results with this, i'd definitely keep it up. i myself actually do intervals on the treadmill, usually at 4.8 for inbetween 3 and 6 minutes, depending on how tired i am, then i let myself cool down for a couple minutes until i think i can go again, and just go on. i find it effective, it's a lot easier than maintaining one speed for the whole time for sure.
