Random... Thank you so much!! Sangria is a great suggestion and I am planning to walk as much as possible! The water activities is a great suggestion, too! I will def check out that cafe and would love if you could recommend where I can buy fresh fruit!?

Hi! I'm 35, 5'5 1/2 I started at 195... Current weight 152... Goal weight is 148. I picked 148 because that puts my BMI in the healthy range :). I could shoot for lower and may lose more but 148 is the most I'd like to weigh.

I will def step up my activity levels for sure and I don't want to sit in my room with celery sticks! Lol I'm just doing so good and I'm having a little anxiety because I won't know ANY calorie information. For example, I order a Rum Runner drink and treat myself to a steak. And there is this great crepe place that everyone raves about... Um That all could be 1500 to 3000 calories and it's not even dinner! Not really sure how I can eat at maintenance.. And I do wAnt to enjoy myself... Just not too much ha ha

I had a doctor tell me once to kick and punch and make your body sweat through stressful times. So I grab my sneakers and go for a strong run or pop in insanity DVD or go to a kickboxing class. I have created a new habit now and I crave activity instead of food :)

Do you exercise?? "Cardiovascular exercise makes your heart stronger and a stronger heart has a larger stroke volume. That is, the amount of blood pumped out during each beat is greater, so the heart doesn't have to beat as often. A slow pulse rate is an indication of a strong, healthy heart. However, a slow heart rate can sometimes lead to dizziness when you change position."

I also am "starving" all night starting around 7 pm and cannot fall asleep hungry. I started sandbagging my calories and it worked like a champ. I now eat about 300 for breakfast and 350 for lunch. 550 for dinner and 200 for late night snack. That works for me!

Wow.. I am sooooo happy I just saw this post. You are certainly not alone and now I know neither am I!! So I was eating clean and exercising and weight loss slowed and fatigue set in and muscles started to ache and become weak. I couldn't even run or get through insanity workouts. Went to doctor and vitamin D very very low. Started a supplement and guess what? Able to run and lost a ton of weight!! I'm still tired a lot but I can tell the supplements are working. I started eating some dairy and started getting a few minutes of sunshine when I can. My doctor said it can be months before it builds back up in your system and can be tough to maintain. Good luck!!

I just got done insanity last week. Started at 167 and today I'm 154. Only lost a few first month, a few more second month and then after lost more! It caught up to me. Hang in there. I ate 1400 to 1500 faithfully! Also used a HRM and logged every workout. My body is in amazing shape..

I wondered the same thing!! I turn it off after my cool down.. when my HR gets below my burn range :)

I used a HRM for whole program and each workout is different. My burns ranges from 215 to 810 (on days that have a fit test plus a workout.). You will need to replace your HRM to get an accurate burn amount. Even when I did same DVD on a different week I burned different amounts. You control intensity.... just finished last week and I miss it. Lost about 12 pounds in the 60 days... Never missed one workout. Good luck and enjoy! Try to replace that HRM :)

Wow thank you all for the great suggestions! And I would definitely do insanity again but was just looking for a little change up. I heard great things about Turbo Fire and Chalean.. It's on my list for sure!

I keep hearing about this Les Mills Pump workout that specializes in the "rep" effect.. It seems the philosophy is high rep low weight. Would something like that add some definition while still burning calories and losing fat?

I can't believe how close our situations are!! I get done work at 5 or 6. Drive an hour and half.. Then I do an hour workout. Dinner time is 8:30 pm most nights. It's funny because I know it's ok but it still feels guilty eating that late!

I LOVE THE COUCH... I just make myself earn the couch time. I'm doing insanity (5th week) and loving how I feel. So I get home from work and do Insanity and then I can have some guilt-free couch time with some TV and a 100 calories snack :) I look forward to couch time now because it's my reward!
