So its totally NOT looking good for me :(:(:(:

I started at 150 and am still at 150.  I've been watching my diet and going to the gym like crazy and for some reason the scale hasnt move AT ALL!!!!!!

I eat very healthy during the week and on the weekends let got a little.  I go to the gym 4 days a week doing 3 spin classes, 2 boxing classes, and 2 strength training classes.

I'm pretty sure diring the week (work out days) I get below norm for the calorie intake but since the weekends I'm not as strickt, I figured that would compensate for the weekdays deficit.

Is this wrong????  Why havent I lost a pound????

I guess you're plateau-ing? I just wouldn't worry about the goal. Things take time and you can't put deadlines on important changes like that sometimes.
Just keep going!

I'm late weighing in. Sunday was better for me this week due to a huge pizza problem on Thursday night. What's great is when I mess up these days, I don't feel guilty like I used to. I wanted some ridiculous amounts of Little Caesers. It's cool. :P

wetmosaic- I agree. Nothing wrong with it. And thanks, I'm definitely going to keep doing my thing. :)

eninad- It's a compliment, I can see that. I just wonder if there is a skewed perception of how much a woman is supposed to weigh and that bothers me. Like, if you're overweight, you probably weigh 150. But sometimes 150 is perfect for a tall person, you know? Also... it's the temptations they try to offer after they tell you not to lose that much. It's like they don't want you to. But you're right, it's much better just to take the compliment! I just overanalyze everything :)

foxriver- Those reactions are completely right! haha. I've lost nearly fifteen and people are already commenting and it's kind of hard to explain why I'm barely eating at my favorite restaurants and such. It's so much easier when you just don't have a social life. I do much better when I'm a hermit. :D I really don't understand the guilting you into eating thing either. They always say, "Well, you've done so well... just continue with it tomorrow!" or "It's not that bad for you." because a lot of people I know have no clue about nutrition due to high metabolisms and pure luck (I'm 19 so most of my friends don't worry about weight and health yet). I guess you just chalk it up to slight, subconcious jealousy or just completely unrealistic view of caloric intake and such.

Agreed. People are nosey and just like to compare themselves half of the time.

I've been neglecting calorie count a bit, so here is my first weigh in. Oops! :) I need to get back in the swing of calorie count, I realized when I go it alone, I'm more likely to stray. I've fluctuated quite a bit these past two weeks, but at least I lost!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
