Heya Everyone! I am 20 years old, 5'4" and trying to get healthy. I am really sporty and have an athletic build. I know that muscle weighs more than fat, so I'm not too worried about the numbers. But I do want to shed this top layer of fat, so that people can actually see my toned body, and because I need to be healthier. My body fat % is at an unhealthy level and I need to be the healthiest I can be. Dieting isn't new to me, but I want to take a healthier approach to it. I want to make a lifestyle change, so that it can last me a lifetime. Here are my goals:

Starting Weight: 150

Current Weight: 134 - November 13

First Goal: 125 - December 14

Second Goal: 120 - January 1

Target Weight: 115 - January 22
