I'm 27 years old and live in what I like to refer to as paradise! I work in the social work field helping families to deal with the stresses of everyday life. I have been overweight most of my life and have tried numerous times to "remove" the weight (I read that in a book... instead of saying that I am attempting to "lose" weight, I should say that I am "removing" weight from my body... b/c we don't really want it to come back). I am not going to say that this "is going to be the time" because I have said that countless times before; but I am going to put forth more of an effort this time then I did the last.
