I have struggled with my weight my entire adult life. I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy and I'm determined to keep from getting the real thing (I took it for a test drive and it wasn't that much fun).
I stumbled across a website that said cinnamon helps control blood sugar and I tried a 1/2 teaspoon a day. It worked amazingly well and my use of cinnamon is now supporting my weight loss. I recommend it for anyone (see a doctor if you are on blood thinners or have naturally thin blood).
