About

Bio
I am a recent grad - my career just starting. I am 27, 5'8" and currently weigh 168 pounds.
At my lowest weight I was about 100 pounds (anorexic-looking, this weight was due to heavy addictions problems), at my heaviest I was 178 pounds (after excessive psychological trauma and the start of college in 2006).
So, as you can see, I have gone up and down in weight. My ideal weight is 155 - which I was in high school - when I was very active in sports and martial arts.
I am currently living a clean and sober lifestyle and I am a dedicated addictions specialist - now its time for the rest of it - eating great and exercising!
will be a great role model and person that leads by example!
I will be the change I want to see in the world! :)

Do you weigh more than you 'look'?? I do.
Am I doing something wrong...or is this how it is when you keep a record of calories????
