It sounds like bull. The people who come up with these diets I can't explain. But looking for an easy fix is going to take a lot longer than actually doing it the healthy way because they're going to develop bad habits and then they will have to fix those habits. I honestly don't think someones going to be able to do the warrior diet until they lose the weight they want to and keep it off, It will lead to some kid of eating disorder.

Some people probably notice, the people you see the most anyways. They may not say anything because they don't want to make you feel awkward or offend you. I know a lot of people like that.

Guys DO like curves. They don't like fat. There is a difference. People who claim to be "curvy" but are really like overweight or obese are not curvy. They are fat. No offence to anyone but that is the truth. You should hear the conversations I hear boys talk about. Yeah they don't like overweight girls but they dislike super skinny just as much. They do want girls with curves.. Look at the studies that have been made. When they made silhouette's type things and had guys choose what one they liked (one with out any curves, one with curves and one overweight) most men picked the curvy one. Guys arn't all the same though.. they like girls in all shapes and sizes.
