i am a recovering ed and am happy to give advice, if you havent heard of water intoxication you might want to look it up because when you consume"massive" amounts of water without a balanced amout of sodium it throws your metabolic system out of whack and yes that means weight gain . try cutting back on the water and try getting some of your hydration from healthy things like fruits and veggies plus you run the risk of exposing yourself to horrible carcinogens with artificial sweeteners if you continue with this try it with splenda instead scince it's made from sugar i has no carcinogens and tastes better. yes it still has no calories, anyways i hope this helps
ps. to with ed's you are inhibiting your electrolytes which can cause serious complications to help prevent the problems try drinking pedialyte |

| Just so you know if you aren't on the pill your doctor might suggest it, it normally halts your period but in woomen that aren't having one they tend to have an adverse effect . your period is important because it cleanses the body of toxins and without it, the toxins in your body build up and may cause infertility, good luck and make sure you get to the doctor | |||
