I've got the same story as most people. I've been fat my whole life but it has gotten especially bad the last 5 years or so. Part of this was a job that kept me at a desk all day. Another part was that I wasn't moving as much and eating out a LOT more.
I am trying to just get back down to was on my high school days. I wasn't thin by any means but it's where I feel like I looked good and is realistic.
I hope to be down to 180 by Feburary and 150 by May. This is hopes that I will be able to have kids too.
