My goals (updated on 9/22/2010) are:
- Finish fourth round of P90X (started on 9/20/2010).
- I have very defined six pack abs by December 1, 2010.
- Train for and improve my times in my third half marathon and third marathon.
- I continue to learn more about nutrition and eat healthy foods. I feel more alive and energetic with each passing day --- I am getting younger (rejuvenated, revitalized) as the inevitable effects of good food, natural exercise and mental focus.

Here is the spreadsheet I used to use to keep track of my weight along with what Calorie-Count shows. The speadsheet also contains an "Exercise Summary" tab showing the total number of minutes for each month since I started keeping track.
