It seems like I can never keep the weight off - I am within a healthy BMI, but am looking to reach a lower weight more to keep the inches than the pounds off.  I'm pretty muscular, so I weigh more than most girls my height, but my inability to kick my sweet tooth means that I can swing about 15 lb in a few months.  And I definitely look better in my clothes when I am on the slimmer end of things . . .
