Like I said -- I've been having to stay stuck home babysitting my sister.  I have to cause no one else is gonna do it and she's only 9.  My dad's depressed and just takes his pills and sleeps all day, and I'm only 16 under a lot of pressure feeling like the mother around here, and all I did was yell...I only wish someone could understand.

And Again I can't buy anything to eat cause no money!  Babysitting but I don't get paid.  whatever :/

The thing is my job this summer has been babysitting my sister, cleaning the house and cooking -- I'm only 16!!! My moms been working her part time and when she comes home, shes too tired, buts shes only a freaking secretary and my dads depressed.

I did apologise -- yet she is too munipulative and turns everything around.  So now I'm just hungry, but I guess I'm going to sleep to sleep off the hunger pangs.  Life sucks and so does my mother.

Yes I do want to be safe and healthy.  And I noticed about an hour ago that the swelling went a little down.  My body I guess is trying to tell me "more calories!". But it is a litle scary.  But thanks for your support.

Wow. I was really confused.  On the calculator it said I need 1800 so eating 1500 isn't bad at all.

Okay thank you.  I prob. haven't really been listening because I'm scared.  But I want to get on the right track, so today so far I have eaten about 630, and am eating about every 2 hours, so I will be able to fill in 1500, and hopefully my glands swelling will go down.

Okay, but now I'm getting a little confused.  :P  So you said to increase my metabolism I need at least 1500 calories?  How can this work if my body is used to 1200 by now.  How did you go down from 120 to 103.  I would deffinitely love to know.  What foods did you eat? , How many calories did you eat?, How much did you exercise? etc.  :)

The thing is I don't have any friends or family that want to maintain or lose weight.  Everyone is skinny, although they eat like 2000 calories or more a day.  So I really don't have much support. :/

I wish a monitor could clear this up.

Well, I'm 5'4", 125 lbs and have been eating 1100 - 1200 cals a day, w/ only 2 exercise days about 45 minutes, powerwalking for a few miles. The thing is, I've been getting really sick.  I've been told many times that a teen should not eat lower than 1500.  Its weird how you gain with 1500.  Maybe your body is used to eating low cals.  But anyways, I was hoping to increase my metabolism, and working out is suppose to do so, so its kind of strange that you only need 1100 - 1400 cals when you do areobic exercise.  But I guess everyone is different. :P
