Yes, that's what I thought. And of course, I'm not taking anything, except for a couple of vitamin supplements and lots of protein. I must say, though, that I was a bit underweight in July/August, so I guess my body needed that fat that I gained. I'm probably also retaining water, because it's that time of the month, so who knows. :) |

So what are some good whole grain cereals then? I find that when I go to the supermarket, all the cereals have a lot of sugar in it, but I'm not sure how much sugar is normal in cereals. |

I've always had this problem, and when I was a child my mother took me to the doctor several times, but they all said it was because I eat too fast (I can finish lunch or dinner in five minutes, I swear). I've been learning to eat slower, and if there's someone on the table telling me to slow down or stop eating, I can manage to feel satiated but not bloated in the end. But sometimes, even eating slow doesn't help. So annoying! It also may be because of the sugar-free drinks. I've found that sugar-free gum makes me feel incredibly bloated, so I can't chew more than two tabletes per day. I'm interested in other people's thoughts, I'd also like to put remedy on this. :) |

The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
