Jeez, you shouldnt be worrying about your abs, detox diets or diets at all at that age.
Bodybuilding when you're still growing can stunt your growth. As soon as you start working out your muscles your body puts less effort into growing taller and more into developing your muscles. I know what you want to do is not exactly bodybuilding, but think what will be more important in 10 years, that you had abs when you were 13 or that extra few inches of height?
Besides, for abs to appear on women, they have to have less than 18% body fat, and less than 15% is enough to stop menstruation.
If you want a flatter stomach, maybe cut down on carbs or something. Or just accept your genes? Not everyone can be perfect, and you sound fine to me! :)

|Stick to raw foods such as fruit and vegetables, eggs (if you're a vegetarian), nuts and bread instead of hummus, soy milk and peanut butter. Try to balance your fatty foods with healthier ones.|

Stick to the healthy stuff and you wont know how you ever ate more than 1500!|
