That sounds scary...I'm glad your feeling better now! I used to get bad migraines and my symptoms were all over the place...including blurred vision and numbness and pretty scary stuff. The pain can get awful and last all day or longer. If the pain is going away that may have been all it was, but especially if you havent had a migraine before or the headache comes back you might want to see a doctor. I know personally that I tend to just freak myself out and make things work trying to self diagnose online, and it really cant do anything to fix the problem anyway. Hope you feel better! |

Broccoli...I know it's super healthy but I CAN'T STAND IT. Or brussel sprouts and turnips for that matter.
And I'll admit to being one of those people that sweetens their bland cereal...but I still refuse grapenuts. Does anyone actually like those?
And I'm really not a fan of milk or cheese, which makes it tricky to get enough calcium sometimes.

I suffered from pretty bad constipation for a while, and when it was really bad and I was straining to go a lot, I would see pinkish blood on the toilet paper. I eventually went to the doctor, and they checked me over and said that I had anal fissures, which are basically small tears or cracks that can hurt and bleed. This may very well be what you have, or hemorrhoids or something like that. I think you are fairly young, yes? So the likelihood of it being something serious like colon cancer is low, although if you're worried about it, get checked out by a doctor. I turned out not to have IBS afterall, and my constipation is much better now, and the bleeding has stopped. |

I'll usually eat yogurt that's up to a month past the expiration date...my mom will eat it when it expired six months ago. No one's ever gotten sick yet :)
If the texture, odor, or taste has changed, you probably shouldn't eat it, otherwise, I bet you'd be fine. |

Alyssa, I personally don't think you have to be "unhappy" to be on this site. Yes, it is largely a site to help people lose weight by counting calories and exercising, but it is also a community of people who are seeking to become healthier and happier and/or stay healthy and happy. I truly think Agruskin was just trying to give some helpful advice, which people should be able to do without being called a hypocrite. If you ask for help, don't insult the person who tries to give it to you. |
